Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order

• Customised or personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
